Very simple ingredients, very easy to make this white pizza. You can use more or less red pepper flakes according to the hotness you like.

Ingredients For easy does it white pizza delight

  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 lg
    onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb
    refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 4
    oz cream cheese,softened, i used reduced-fat, tasted the same
  • 3/4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated romano cheese
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes

    Heat oven to 425. Heat 1 tbsp oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Cook onions, stirring occasionally for about 10 mins.

    Place dough on lightly floured baking sheet. Pat out to a rectangle that fits the baking sheet. In small bowl, mix remaining oil w/ the garlic. Spread over dough evenly.

    Bake dough 10 mins. Spread cream cheese onto dough. Top w/ mozzarella and romano cheeses, onions, and crushed red pepper flakes. Bake 10 more mins, or until cheese is melted.
