Ingredients For bubble up biscuit pizza

  • 1 can
    jumbo sized biscuits
  • 1 jar
    canned tomato sauce or pizza sauce
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese of choice
  • pizza toppings of choice

How To Make bubble up biscuit pizza

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray. Open the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place in the bottom of the pan.

    In a large bowl, combine canned tomato sauce or pizza sauce and pizza toppings of choice. Stir to combine. Toppings could include: precooked hamburger meat/sausage, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onions, olives, ham, pineapple, pre-cooked chicken, pepperoni, etc.

    Pour sauce mixture over the quartered biscuits. Mix gently until biscuits are covered with sauce. Sprinkle on remaining cheese and any additional pizza toppings.

    Bake for 25 to 35 minutes, uncovered, until all the biscuits have bubbled up. Let sit for 5 minutes before cutting and serving.

    Notes This recipe is very customizable. Add any toppings that you'd like! You can also replace the biscuits with another form of pre-made dough (crescent, pizza dough, Bisquick, etc.) or a homemade dough of your choice.
