was time to clean out freezer and get older stuff used up....i found gallon zip bag with turkey and broth and this is what i came up with

Ingredients For turkey with homemade pasta

1 galfrozen zip bag with turkey meat and broth,thawed

1 mdonion,chopped
-
1 cmied color bell peppers,chopped
-
2 mdribs celery with leaves,chopped
-
2 mdcarrots,grated
-
1recipe homemade noodles
-
24 ozsour cream
-
milk+flour to thicken or eat as soup
How To Make turkey with homemade pasta

1thaw meat/broth day before start in mornin and make noodles... leave out to dry most of day

2pour all from zip bag into lg soup pan bring to boil and reduce by bout 1/2[this gives it good rich turkey flavor]add all vewggies and cook til they fork tender add noodles cook bout 15 min til they tender to the bite add sour cream heat but do not boil... thicken if u want to serve and enjoy!!!!
