1 lgbell pepper

1 lgonion

4 smzucchinis, sliced

8 ozmushrooms, fresh

1 jarpasta sauce

parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make spaghetti with vegetables

1Saute big chunks from a bell pepper, a large onion and 3-4 small zucchinis along with 8 ounce slices of fresh mushrooms.

2Add a jar (sometimes two if I overdid the veggies) of traditional spaghetti sauce.

3Serve over thin spaghetti and top with parmesan.
