Ingredients For smokey pasta

1 lbangel hair pasta
-
1 Tbspground cumin
-
1 Tbspground corriander
-
1 pkgfrozen broccoli and califlower

2 pinchof salt (more or less to your liking)

2 pinchof ground black pepper (more or less to liking)

1lime
-
1 tspgarlic

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin
How To Make smokey pasta

1in a large pot, add water and salt and bring to a boil. Once water comes to a boil, add pasta.

2in a skillet, add 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and 1 tsp of garlic. Once garlic is sauted, add defrosted broccoli and cauliflower as well as all of the spices. Cook until veggies are heated all the way through and seasoned to your liking. Mix drained pasta with veggies and top off with a squeeze of fresh lime juice!
