slumgullion

With a family of 5 and an occasional extra guest plus a tight budget, this was a dish my Mother made quite often. It can be expanded to feed a large crowd. The cheese thickens the soup and adds more delicious flavor. My family loves the dish and requests it quite often. We love to eat it in a bowl with mashed potatoes and hot buttered biscuits on the side plus a tossed salad. MHMMMM GOOD!!!! Try it and see how yummy it is!!!
