Ingredients For sausage and tomato spegetti

  • 1 lb
    jimmy dean mild sausage(or your favorite kind)
  • 1 sm
    onion chopped
  • 1 can
    14.5 or 15 oz. petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can
    15 oz. crushed tomatoes
  • 1 lb
    thin wheat spegetti (or your favorite)
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground rosemary (or fresh)
  • 1/4 tsp
    fresh chopped basil
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground thyme

How To Make sausage and tomato spegetti

    cook spegetti in salted boiling water. while spegetti is cooking brown onion and crumble sausage and brown. when sausage is done add tomatoes and other ingredients to sausage. add salt and pepper and sugar to taste. When spegetti get done drain and add sausage mixture to spegetti.

    for extra flavor i also added about 4 oz. of blue cheese and about 4 oz. of parmacheese. heat enough to melt cheeses and blend all together. you can also put either 2 tablespoons of butter or olive oil too.
