Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 pounds tomatoes (skinned, and cut up)
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 12 ounces tomato paste
- 1 cup beef bouillon
- 2 tablespoons parsley (minced)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Step 1In a large skillet, crumble meat with onion and garlic. Cook over medium heat while breaking up pieces of meat wit a fork until it loses it's red color

Step 2Drain off excess fat

Step 3In a crockpot, combine meat mixture and other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until combined and cooked through. Also excellent for pizza topping Freezes well
