I have been making this for many years. It's a quick and filling casserole.I found this in a magazine about 25 years ago.

Ingredients For quick macaroni and cheese casserole

  • 1
    71/2-oz. pkg. macaroni &cheese dinner
  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped green pepper
  • 1 can
    10 3/4 oz. condensed cream of mushroom soup

How To Make quick macaroni and cheese casserole

  • 1
    Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
  • 2
    Brown meat; drain.
  • 3
    Add onion and green pepper, cook until tender.
  • 4
    Combine ingredients;spoon into 1 1/2 quart casserole.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
