grated white cheddar cheese(or more)

grated sharp cheddar cheese(or more)

sour cream
2 Tbsp

chopped pimento(optional)
salt and pepper to taste
ritz crackers
butter

Mix all ingredients together and garnish with Ritz cracker crumbs and dot with butter

Bake at 375 degrees F in a 9x13 inch greased casserole dish for 30 mintues.
