My Nana made this for us when we were kids and it's been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. This is the kind of recipe that you can add or subtract ingredients or just go with what you have on hand and it still turns out good.

Ingredients For mama robin's southern spaghetti

1/2 lbspaghetti

1/2 lbbacon, uncooked (diced)

3onions (sliced)

1 1/2 lbground beef
-
2 Tbspparsley

1/2 cankidney beans, drained

1/2 canpeas
-
1/2 cantomatos (chopped)

1/2 lbcheddar cheese, shredded
-
1 canmushroom pieces
-
2green peppers (chopped)
How To Make mama robin's southern spaghetti

1Preheat oven to 250 Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package directions. Set aside.

2Fry bacon in skillet until almost crisp. Add onions & hamburger and fry until golden brown. Add all vegetables and simmer 5-8 min.

3Layer in lightly sprayed or greased baking dish. One layer of pasta, a layer of meat & vegetables and a layer of cheese. Repeat until baking dish is full ending with cheese.

4Bake in slow oven (about 250-275) for 2 hours.
