This is a personal favorite of my family. I usually make it for every birthday celebration or cookout that we have. There is never any leftover.

Ingredients For macaroni salad

  • 1 lb
    ditalini pasta
  • 1/4 c
    fat free milk
  • 3 c
    mayonnaise with olive oil
  • 4 stick
    celery (finely chopped)
  • 8
    hard boiled eggs (chopped)
  • 6
    roma tomatoes (seeded and choped)
  • 4 dash
    salt and pepper

How To Make macaroni salad

  • 1
    Mix the milk and mayonnaise in a large bowl with the salt and pepper. Cook the pasta to desired taste. Drain and rinse the pasta in cold water. Add the pasta, celery, chopped eggs and chopped to tomatoes to the mayonnaise mixture and mix. Cover and refrigerate until reasy to serve.
