Ingredients For mac & cheese topped w/italian seasoned panko

  • 1 lb
    elbow macaroni, cooked
  • 1 lb
    cheese, i used velveeta
  • 1 c
    half and half
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs, plain or italian
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 tsp
    white truffle oil

How To Make mac & cheese topped w/italian seasoned panko

    Boil the pasta (per package), drain and mix in the cheese, butter, half & half and salt/pepper to taste
  • 2
    pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with the Panko and bake for 10 mins....then broil for another 5 mins..or until golden brown
  • 3
    drizzle with the White Truffle oil, right before serving....trust me...soooo decadent and delicious, ENJOY
