Ingredients For italian baked pasta and cheese

1 lbrigatoni pasta, uncooked

1 1/2 cricotta cheese

16 oztomato sauce jar or home made

8 ozmozzarella cheese shreaded
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan or romano cheese
-
salt pepper and italian seasoning
How To Make italian baked pasta and cheese

1cook pasta according to directions for "al dente", drain pasta and mix with 1 cup of tomato sauce

2preheat oven to 350 degrees

3spread 1/2 cup tomato sauce on bottom of 2 quart baking dish and add 1/2 of pasta

4mix ricotta, half of mozzarella, and half of parmesan cheese , salt pepper and Italian seasoning spread over pasta

5pour remaining pasta on top of ricotta mix . add remaining sauce, then mozzarella and parmesan cheese

6bake 350 for 40 min
