My husband loves hot dogs with chili sauce, mac and cheese and fries. This was right in his wheel house.

Ingredients For hot dog and fries mac and cheese casserole

8 mlshell macaroni cooked and drained

1 lbhot dogs sliced

1 smonion diced

2 Tbspbrown sugar

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspeach paprika and lemon juice

1/4 cwater
-
1 cchili sauce
-
1/2 bagfrozen shoestring fries

3 cshredded cheddar cheese
How To Make hot dog and fries mac and cheese casserole

1Prepare the macaroni and set aside. Bake the fries as directed.

2Place a little oil in skillet and saute the onions until softened. Add the hot dogs, brown sugar, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, paprika, water, and chili sauce. Simmer 15 minutes. Add the pasta to the sauce.

3In a 9 x 13 sprayed pan layer the hot dog mixture, fries and cheese twice ending with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
