It's my fathers recipe. I altered it a bit by using turkey bacon. You can use regular bacon though. No matter, because it's still rich and filling!

Ingredients For cheesy bacon mac - n - cheese

116 oz pkg ronzoni garden delight macaroni

210.75 oz cans condensed cheddar cheese soup

2cups fat-free milk
-
1-1/2 lbreduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup reserved

3 Tbspmelted butter
-
1 lblower-sodium turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled, 1/4 cup reserved

1/4 tspsalt
-
3/4 tsppepper
-
2scalions, thinly sliced
How To Make cheesy bacon mac - n - cheese

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta , drain, return to pot.

2Stir into pasta the soups, milk, shredded cheese, butter, bacon, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into baking dish.

3Sprinkle w/ reserved cheese, reserved bacon and scallions. Bake 35-40 min, or until bubbly.
