It's my fathers recipe. I altered it a bit by using turkey bacon. You can use regular bacon though. No matter, because it's still rich and filling!

Ingredients For cheesy bacon mac - n - cheese

    16 oz pkg ronzoni garden delight macaroni
  • 2
    10.75 oz cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 2
    cups fat-free milk
  • 1-1/2 lb
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese, 1 cup reserved
  • 3 Tbsp
    melted butter
  • 1 lb
    lower-sodium turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled, 1/4 cup reserved
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 3/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 2
    scalions, thinly sliced

How To Make cheesy bacon mac - n - cheese

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta , drain, return to pot.

    Stir into pasta the soups, milk, shredded cheese, butter, bacon, salt and pepper. Mix well. Pour into baking dish.

    Sprinkle w/ reserved cheese, reserved bacon and scallions. Bake 35-40 min, or until bubbly.
