Looks more consuming then it is, in a deep frying pan brown frozen fries in butter on med high heat. sprinkle with seasonings, incorporate chopped ginger, add chopped canadian bacon or ( ham, bacon,or smoked turkey)you can mix it up it is a hash. Cook until slightly browned, add dressing (drizzle small amount just to flavor) Incorporate: walnut pieces, and cranraisins. Mix serve with chipotle sauce either drizzled over it or on the side as a dip. (to make this more savory carmalize a chopped yellow onion, or shallots. You could also top with Marshmellows and put under the broiler, or stir in some creamcheese cubes. Pecans, or hazelnuts would be excellent. Orange Zest would be a nice addition as well. If you can't find the products listed use a berry flavored maple syrup, and a touch of fruit based White balsamic vinger, and find a fruit based Commerical chipotle sauce.
