Slow Cooker Crock Pot
Ingredients For crock-pot- crowd pleezing vegatarian chili

2 canblack bean soup ( i used goya)
-
3 cankidney beans-rinsed and drained
-
1 cangarbanzos-rinsed and drained
-
1 canvegetarian baked beans-(i used b&m)
-
1-28 oz. canchopped tomatoes-with juice
-
2- 7 oz. cancorn-( i like shoepeg)
-
3onions-chopped
-
5 clovegarlis-chopped
-
2 Tbspchili powder
-
2 Tbspparsley
-
2 Tbspbasil (fresh or dried)
-
2 Tbspcumin
-
2 Tbsporegano, dried
-
2 Tbspcilantro-fresh or dried
-
1large container of sour cream-serve on the side for diners to top their bowls)

1package of grated cheese of your choice-(i used pepper-jack) to serve on the side for diners to top their bowl
-
1side dish of chopped onions for diners to top their bowls)
How To Make crock-pot- crowd pleezing vegatarian chili

1Open all the canned items-place in your slow-cooker
-
2chop the onions-(save about 1 cup of onion to serve on the side)-place the rest into the ingredients in the slow-cooker.

3chop the garlic-add to ingredients in slow cooker
-
4measure out the spices and add to ingredients in the slow cooker-stir all ingredients well to combine.

5Cover and cook on high for 2 hours-

6When serving -place a dish of the cheese-a dish of the chopped onions-and a dish of sour cream for the guests to top their bowls with.
