This makes a wonderful Pizza Crust, withouth all the hassel of Kneading, rising, kneading again. I also use it for Pigs in a blanket.

Ingredients For quick pizza crust

1 c

warm water
1 pkg

yeast
1 Tbsp

sugar
2 c

flour
1 tsp

salt
2 Tbsp

vegetable oil

How To Make quick pizza crust

Bloom Yeast in warm water with the one tblsp of sugar

Stir Flour and salt together, pour bloomed yeast into flour mixture. Add the 2 tblsps of oil. Mix till it looks like dough, cover and set aside for about 5 min.

Grease pizza pan with shortnening or you can spray with non-stick cooking spray, press dough into pizza pan, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
