This Casserole is awesome to share at church gatherings, Pot Luck's and even at Work. The Hot Dog Casserole is also a conversation starter!! I love eating this with ketchup!

Ingredients For hot dog casserole

1/2 pkghot dogs
-
1 pkgalready shredded cheese
-
2 1/4 cinstant mashed potatoes
-
1 cmilk
-
3 Tbspbutter
-
2 1/4 cboiling water
How To Make hot dog casserole

1Pre heat oven to 350deg. Prepare the Instant mashed Potatoes as stated on the box.

2Chop Hot Dogs up (set aside).

3Open bag of Pre-shredded cheese (Your favorite)

4Using a Pie pan or Casserole dish (preferably Glass)Layer the Hot Dogs, Cheese and Instant Mash Potatoes. Example:1st layer- Hot Dogs,Mash Potatoes, Cheese. 2nd layer Hot Dogs, Mash potatoes, cheese etc.

5Place layered Hot Dog Casserole in Pre-Heated 350deg. oven for 30min or until cheese is melted and bubbling NOTE: You can use the microwave! Use a microwave safe dish and follow the same instructions from the recipe above. Cook on High for 10min or until Cheese is melted.
