I have not tried this yet, but it would be great to have the directions for times when you realize at the last minute you're out of packaged onion soup mix.

    dried minced onions
  • 2 Tbsp
    instant beef boullion
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder

How To Make homemade onion soup mix

    Combine all ingredients. Makes same amount as 1 envelope of onion soup mix.
