Im not sure what this is really called one of my friend's gave me this recipe so hope that you enjoy this ....

Ingredients For great hominey casserole

1 lb ground beef
-
1 large onion, chopped
-
1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 can of hominy
-
1 can of mushroom soup
-
1 pkg. chili mix
-
1 can of tomato sauce
-
2 cups grated cheddar
-
2 cups crushed fritos
How To Make great hominey casserole

1Brown meat with onion and pepper. Drain off excess fat. Add can of hominey (drained),soup, chili mix and tomato sauce. Mix well in skillet, then transfer to a large casserole dish.Top with cheese and crushed fritos. Bake at 350* for about 45 mins. or until bubbly.
