1peel potatoes, slice, and cover with water, cook until tender, drain, return to pan, add butter, instant creamer, milk and salt and pepper, using mixer, these should be thin, you might add a little more milk, if not, then add instant potatoes, thin to your likeness. the coffee creamer gives these potatoes, the sweetest taste, everyone really likes them.
