Ingredients For deli casserole

  • 1 lb
    uncooked penne pasta
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 6 slice
    deli honey ham,sliced
  • 6 slice
    deli pastrami,sliced
  • 6 slice
    deli oven roasted turkey,sliced
  • 1 c
    mini pepperoni slices
  • 1 pkg
    processed cheese,cubed
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 c
    whipped cream cheese
  • 3/4 c
    honey mustard
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned pepper
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded colby-monterey jack cheese

How To Make deli casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fill a large pot with cold water,bring to a boil and stir in penne. Cook pasta at a boil,stirring occasionally until penne are cooked through but still slightly firm,about 11 minutes;drain.

    Meanwhile,melt butter in a large saucepan. Add sliced ham,pastrami and turkey,and saute 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in pepperoni and processed cheese;cook,stirring constantly,2 minutes or until cheese melts.

    Stir in sour cream,whipped cream cheese,honey mustard,seasoned pepper and hot cooked pasta until blended. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish;sprinkle with shredded colby-monterey jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 mintues or until bubbly.
