Tired of not finding THE perfect flavour so I took the combined ingredients from several recipes and created my own

Ingredients For chili

1 cantomato sauce (680 ml)

1 bottlesieved tomatoes, italian style (700g)

1 candiced tomatoes (796 ml)

1 cantomato paste (156 ml)

2 lbground beef
-
1 lbspicy sausage (without casing), chopped

1 mdonion, chopped
-
2 Tbspcumin
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1 canbaked beans in tomato sauce (398 ml)

1 Tbspsundried tomatoes (in oil), chopped

1 lgcan of red kidney beans (796 ml)
How To Make chili

1Add ground beef to large pot and brown at medium heat. Add chopped sausage, sundried tomatoes and onion until onion is cooked and juices have almost evaporated.

2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, sieved tomatoes, tomato paste and stir well. Add spices and beans and simmer on medium/low heat for about an hour and a half.

3Serve on rice or by itself with French bread. Enjoy!!
