cooked pinto beans
1 sm

finely chopped onion

egg beaten
1 pinch

salt
1/2 c

flour

How To Make bean cakes

Heat small amt. of cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Mix beans with onions,egg,salt,and flour. Spoon into hot skillet. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
