Ingredients For tamale casserole

  • 1 can
    tamales, canned (paper removed)
  • 1 can
    cream style corn
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/4 lb
    grated cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make tamale casserole

  • 1
    Cut tamales in about 1" pieces. Place in casserole dish along with juices from can. Beat eggs well, add corn, cheese, and seasonings. Pour over tamale pieces. Cover with buttered bread crumbs or crushed potato chips.

    Bake for about an hour at 350 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
