This was given to me by neighbor who lived across the street from me in my first home. She was a wonderful cook. Always made recipes that were delicious, but very easy.

Ingredients For sour cream enchilidas

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/2 tsp. salt
-
1 or 2 small peeled green chili's

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

1/2 cup chopped onions

12 corn tortillas
How To Make sour cream enchilidas

1Combine ingredients for sauce and heat until smooth.

2Mix cheese and onion together.

3Dip tortillas in oil to soften.

4Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. cheese and onion across center of tortillas.

5Add 1 Tbsp. sauce and roll cigarette style.

6Place in baking dish. Pour rest of sauce over top.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
