3-4chicken breasts or you can use a rotisserie chicken

2 cancream of chicken soup

1/2 lbfresh mushrooms sliced

1 bunchgreen onions sliced

1-8 oz. ozsour cream

1 small cangreen chiles chopped

1 tsporegano, dried

flour tortillas
-
1-2 cancream of chicken soup

1/8 cdry sherry
-
grated cheddar cheese
How To Make my version of chicken alcapulco

1mix chicken,mushrooms,green chilis and green onion with sour cream and soup. roll in tortillas,place in baking dish.Mix cream of chicken soup and sherry and pour over rolled tortillas.Top with cheddar cheese. bake at 350* for 30 mins. uncovered. serve with rice.
