Ingredients For mexican luncheon

  • 2 lb
    bulk pork sausage
  • 1 c
    onion, diced
  • 1 c
    green pepper, diced
  • 1 can
    28oz. tomatoes
  • 2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    macaroni, cooked
  • 2 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • salt to taste

How To Make mexican luncheon

  • 1
    Brown sausage, onion and green pepper. Pour off drippings, add tomatoes, sour cream, macaroni and seasonings. Cover, cook slowly for about 10 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking 10 minutes more. Makes 8 servings.
