  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb
    pork loin, cut into pieces
  • 1 can
    tomato soup, undiluted
  • 3/4 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    catsup
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 4 Tbsp
    mustard
  • 2 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp
    liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried parsley or marjoram

How To Make shredded pork barbeque for sandwiches

    Place pork in slow cooker.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pieces of pork.

    Cook on low for 6 hours or until pork falls apart when touched with a fork.

    Remove pork, cool slightly and shred with forks.

    Strain sauce and return to slow cooker with shredded pork.

    Heat and serve.
