1 clight cream

2 cshredded swiss cheese, i used reduced-fat

1/3 ccooked, chopped ham
How To Make wee-size ham and cheese quiches

1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray. Place a cracker in each muffin cup.

2In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spoon mix equally into muffin cups. Bake until golden brown, 20 mins.
