lemon garlic chops

Recipe by

Prepare the marinade and let these sit in the fridge a day before you're ready to serve. When you're ready they take all of 10-15 minutes in the broiler and they're done! Light and delicious lemon garlic and tarragon is a great combination for pork and will make the whole family happy. It's even great for serving company! I planted tarragon several years ago and it comes back every year so it's great to have fresh herbs whenever I make this, which is often.
