Ingredients For kielbasa with tomatoes and white beans

  • 1-2 Tbsp
    oil or butter
  • 1 lb
    smoked kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1
    small onion, chopped
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    dried basil
  • 141/2 oz
    can peeled, diced tomatoes
  • 16 oz
    can great northern, navy or canellini beans

How To Make kielbasa with tomatoes and white beans

    Heat oil or butter in a large skillet add kielbasa and cook over medium high heat until browned, remove from pan
  • 2
    Reduce heat to medium, add onions and cook until transparent
  • 3
    Reduce heat to low, add garlic and herbs and cook 1 minute
  • 4
    Add kielbasa, tomatoes and white beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
