The other day I posted this photo as a " Funny ".... Please forgive me, I am not sure who Challenged " me, but I accepted... I was asked to come up with a recipe to go along with this photo... I have been pondering and mulling over the photo and have come up with this " recipe " to support the photo... And When I say... " Serves 1 of these will feed 4 people " I really mean that ! Ingredients For fireman bob's heart attack stack my way......

  • 1 lb
    angus ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground pork sausage - your choice of " heat "
  • 1 lb
    smoked bacon
  • 1 lb
    ground veal
  • 2 lg
    tomatoes - beef steak - thick sliced
  • 1/2
    lettuce head - chopped
  • 1 lg
    red onion - thick sliced
  • 1 lb
    sharp cheddar cheese - grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    course sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh cracked black pepper
  • 2 lg
    jalapeno peppers - chopped

How To Make fireman bob's heart attack stack my way......

    Combine the beef, pork, veal, and cheese together and season with salt and pepper.

    Make 3 BIG patties 1 inch thick and grill till done.

    Stack each patty on a 12 inch Bread Bowl that You have cut in half, laying the other ingredients till all is " STACKED " to the " MAX" !!!

    Cut in quarters and serve with chips...
