rustic grilled pizza
We've seen different tv chef's Bobby Flay, Guy Fieri make pizza on the grill. My husband thought it sounded good and tried it, it was really good!!!!! He has a decent sized garden so he went pickin'. We made it together and it was really fun to make as well. Use any kind of toppings your family enjoys and have fun making this for dinner.

2SAUCE: Put all ingredients in the Vitamix, turn in high for about 20 seconds or until consistency you want. If you don't have a Vitamix use a blender or food processor. It will take a little longer to get your consistency.
-
3Start and preheat gas grill. Punch down the dough and divide in 1/2. If you don't want to make 2 pizza's you can freeze 1 half for a later meal. Cover a cookie sheet with foil and brush with oil.
-
4Ready to Grill: Stretch out dough to about 12" x 8" on prepared foil cookie sheet. Place dough on pre-heated grill with grill turned to low. for approximately 5 to 6 minutes. With 2 spatulas turn dough over and add toppings. Cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
-
5Carefully move pizza back to the foiled sheet move to higher shelf of the grill for about 10 minutes. This will finish off the baking and melt the cheese.
