Got this recipe to try from a good friend. Now it's the only one we use in my house.

Ingredients For pizza dough for the bread machine

  • 1 c
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 3 c
    bread flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp
    yeast (good for bread machine)
  • ADD INGREDIENTS IN ORDER

How To Make pizza dough for the bread machine

    Add ingredients into bread machine pan in order listed making a well in the flour to add the yeast.

    Set the bread machine to dough setting and start.
  • 3
    If freezing any dough, I freeze at this point. I press dough into pans and freeze then I remove from pans and stack with wax paper between layers in a gallon size zip lock freezer bag. When ready to use let thaw completely before topping.

    Press into pans (cooking spray on hands and dough helps ) Top pizza as desired. Bake at 425 15 minutes or so. I'm not sure of the time I just watch it till it looks done.
