I had planned taco's for supper, and forgot to buy taco shells, I had the rest of the ingredients on hand, and came up with this, very tasty, quick and easy.

Ingredients For taco rigatoni bake

  • 16 oz
    rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 2 lb
    ground chuck, cooked
  • 2 pkg
    taco seasoning mix
  • 2 c
    mexican blend shredded cheese
  • 6
    green onions, diced
  • 4 oz
    black olives, sliced
  • 6 oz
    shredded lettuce
  • 2
    roma tomatoes, diced
  • 8 oz
    taco sauce, your preference

How To Make taco rigatoni bake

  • 1
    Brown and drain ground chuck. Add taco seasoning packets, add specified amount of water and taco sauce and cook as instructed on the packets. remove from heat
  • 2
    in a 13x9 pan, sprayed with cooking spray, place 1/2 of the rigatoni, half of the meat, and 1/2 of the shredded chese, repeat one more time, topping with the cheese. Make sure all the pasta has some sauce on it.

    Bake at 400* until cheese is melted, remove from oven. Garnish with choices of green onion, black olive, lettuce, tomato, salsa, sour cream, etc.
