This is a combination of spices that we have found really compliment the meat we cook. It works very well on Pork, Beef, or Chicken. I think you would really enjoy the flavors it gives the meat.

Ingredients For zelda's spice rub for meats

  • 1/2 c
    granulated garlic
  • 8 Tbsp
    onion powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    saszone
  • 2 Tbsp
    adobo seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    oregano, dried
  • 1/3 c
    cumin
  • 2 Tbsp
    black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    rosemary, dried
  • 2 Tbsp
    koscher salt
  • 2 Tbsp
    chili powder
  • 8 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1 Tbsp
    sage, dried

    Combine all ingredients & mix completely. Let set over night so they can compliment each other..
