1/2 cvegetable oil

2 mdwhite onions, chopped

14 ozbacon

8 clovegarlic minced

2 Tbspgarlic salt

10 lgeggs

36 ozcooked pinto beans

14 ozyucca flour

parsley to taste
How To Make feijão tropeiro

1Put oil in a pan and fry the onions until transparent.

2Add the bacon and heat until cooked through.

3Add garlic, salt and eggs, mixing carefully to scramble into large chunks.

4Mix in the beans until incorporated.

5Reduce heat and gradually stir in the yucca flour and parsley. Serve warm
