moist meatloaf

Didn't care for the basic dry meatloaf. Noone I new had ever heard of adding Ranch dressing to a meatloaf. My family loves this.

Ingredients For moist meatloaf

  • 2 1/4 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c
    italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    ranch dressing
  • 2 slice
    american or any preferred cheese
  • 1 can
    canned or fresh mushrooms
  • 2 pinch
    garlic powder
  • 2 pinch
    salt
  • 2 pinch
    black pepper
  • 1/2
    onion ,if preferred
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp
    barbecue sauce
  • 1
    egg to mix within the beef mixture

How To Make moist meatloaf

    Add all the ingrediants to the ground beef. Save BB sauce for the topping. I layer the meatloaf like a lasagna. Put half the beef mixture into a loaf pan. Cut up slices of the cheese. Put the cheese on top of the first layer, then cover that with the remaining beef. Top with barbecue sauce.

    The oven should be on 375.

    Cook for about 45 minutes
