I love this sandwich. It's easy, yet elegant and so very delicious. If you don't have smoked salmon, grilled or baked salmon may be substituted.

4 ozcream cheese, room temperature

1 Tbspchopped fresh chives

1/2 tspdried dill weed

1/8 tspfine sea salt

1 lg"everything" bagel

3 ozsmoked salmon

1 mdleaf of romine lettuce
How To Make smoked salmon, chive and dill cream cheese bagel

1In a small bowl, use a fork to smash and mix cream cheese to soften and smooth.

2Add chives, dill weed and salt; mix thoroughly.

3Split bagel in half; toast bagel in toaster or toaster oven until lightly browned.

4Immediately spread each bagel half with cream cheese mixture.

5Place lettuce on bottom bagel half; place smoked salmon on lettuce and cover with top bagel half.

6Serve immediately.
