Ingredients For mayonnaise baked fish

  • 4 md
    fish fillets your choice i used perch
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp
    old bay seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make mayonnaise baked fish

  • 1
    Preheat oven 400 degrees Brush fillets with olive oil
  • 2
    Mix together the rest of ingredients except panko. spread on each fillets.
  • 3
    Press each fillet in panko bread crumbs and place in baking pan. Panko is only on one side.
  • 4
    Bake for 10 minutes or until done. Finish in the broiler for 2 minutes
