Ingredients For calamari saporiti

  • 1 1/2 lb
    calamaretti
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, chopped
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 3 clove
    garlic, diced
  • 1 md
    red pepper
  • 5 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make calamari saporiti

  • 1
    Defost and wipe the calamaretti. Pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic in a pan and fry lightly.

    Add calamaretti and cook over a moderate heat till tender.

    Add red pepper, salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Serve.
