The mayonnaise keeps the chicken tenderloins moist, while the paprika gives a smokey flavor.

Ingredients For smoked paprika chicken tenders

    chicken tenderloins
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 tsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1 1/2 c
    bread crumbs unseasoned
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp
    tarragon leaves
  • salt and pepper

How To Make smoked paprika chicken tenders

    Preheat oven 350 F. In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, and smoked paprika. Set a side.

    In another medium bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and tarragon.

    Coat chicken with the paprika mixture, taking care not to cross contaminate chicken and sauce. Then coat chicken with the bread crumbs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them on a rack inside a tin foil line baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until temp is 165 degrees of a meat thermometer. Serve with remaining paprika mixture.
