    chicken, cut up into pieces
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise

How To Make oven fried chicken

    Preheat oven to 350 F. In a gallon size resealable plastic bag, mix together the bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika Set aside.

    Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl, cover with the mayonnaise and mix well. Put the coated pieces of chicken in the bag with the bread crumb mixture and coat / shake until well coated.

    Place coated chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
