Ingredients For one-pot spaghetti chicken alfredo

  • 1 lb
    chicken, boneless and skinless
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 c
    heavy cream
  • 3 c
    chicken broth
  • 3/4 lb
    spaghetti
  • salt and pepper
  • shredded parmesan cheese for serving

How To Make one-pot spaghetti chicken alfredo

    Cut chicken into bite size cubes. In a large pot over medium heat add olive oil, garlic,chicken and Italian seasoning. Cook stirring frequently till chicken is no longer pink.

    Add broth, cream, alfredo sauce, salt and pepper and bring to boil.

    Add spaghetti. Cook uncovered stirring from time to time till pasta is cooked and sauce is thickened, about 20 min. Serve with shredded parmesan.
