Ingredients For honey mustard chicken

4 boneless chicken breasts

salt and pepper to taste

1/2 c honey

1/4 c yellow mustard

1 tsp basil

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp parsley
How To Make honey mustard chicken

1Lightly spray casserole dish. Place breasts in dish and lightly salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and pour 1/2 of mixture evenly over chicken. Cover and bake for approximately 30 min @ 375 degrees. Halfway thru the baking process turn breasts over and evenly coat with the rest of the mixture. Cover and continue cooking. I remove the foil about 5 minutes before it's done so it can brown a bit but you definitely don't want to leave it uncovered for much longer as it might get too dry.
