Ingredients For herbed honey chicken

  • 1/4 c
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    grill mates montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp
    grill mates worcestershire pub burger seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp
    sharro pizza toppings italiano parmeasan and oregano
  • 1
    chicken cut up

How To Make herbed honey chicken

  • 1
    Preheat oven 325 degrees. Then in a small bowl mix the honey with the spices. Use double the recipe if you want to bast it again half way through baking. I didn't.

    I cut up the chicken into serving pieces. Then in a clay baker I oiled it and put the chicken pieces in face up and rubbed the honey over each piece with the back of a spoon.

    Bake 325 for 1 hour and then turn down to 300 for the remaining 1 1/2 hours. The chicken comes out melt in your mouth tender and so tastee.
