salt and pepper to taste

8fresh mushrooms

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley (optional)

4slices swiss cheese

4slices mozzarella cheese
How To Make easy swiss mushroom chicken

1Sprinkle chicken pieces lightly with salt and pepper and place in a shallow baking dish in a single layer.

2Wipe the mushrooms. Slice them over the chicken, then sprinkle with parsley. Top each piece of chicken with a slice of Swiss cheese, then a slice of Mozzarella cheese.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
